Shudha Gandhaka(Purfied sulphur)- 28mg
Shudha Rasa(Purified mercury – 14mg
Indication- Chronic Asthma, Bronchitis, Emphysema and recurrent upper respiratory infections.

It is vata-pitta pacifying, has cortisone like activity, good demulcent, antiasthmatic, anti allergic, expectorant, antiinflammatory, antitussive and
immunomodulator.
Bharangi(Clerodendrum serratum (Linn.) Moon(Fam.Verbenaceae);
Is found to have bronchodilator activity along with anti-inflammatory action
Icosahydropicenic acid (HPA) isolated from the root of this plant, given at the dose of 100 mg/kg showed significant mast cell stabilizing activity as compared to standard sodium chromoglycate.
Vasa is a diffuse shrub which has antitussive, expectorant, and Bronchodilator, wound healing and Immunomodulator properties.
The leaves of adhaoda vasica contains 45-95% Vasicine, Vasicinone,
Deoxyvasicine, Maitone, v-oxides of Vasicine etc. The Vasicine is used for developing mucolytic drug Bromohexie. The extract obtained from the leaves is having low toxicity and considered safe. The flowers consist of Kaempferol, Queretin, b-sitosterol-Dglucoside, Glycosides of Kaemferoland. The
roots are rich in Vasicol, Vasicinolone, Hydroxyl oxychalone, Glycosyl, Oxychalone etc. Adhatoda also contains organic adhatodic acid and odorous volatile principle.
Pippali(Piper longum)
Pippali is Vata-kapha pacifying, srotoshodhan(clears micro cappilaries) and Kapha nissarana(mucolytic) properties makes the pathway clear for proper circulation of Vata thus relieving various respiratory signs and symptoms.
